Deacon Oladayo Oke

Deacon Oladayo Oke holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labour Relations from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ilorin.

A seasoned HR professional, he is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPMN) and the Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). He is the Lead Consultant at Essential HR Solutions and has held key roles in Futureview Financial Services and Great Nigerian Insurance Plc.

A devoted member of The New Covenant Baptist Church, Agege, Lagos, Deacon Oke has served faithfully as CTI Coordinator, Youth President, and Associate Church Secretary, among others. As a Trustee of City of Love Christian Worship Centre, he has demonstrated unwavering commitment, supporting the ministry financially and spiritually. His dedication to the growth of God’s kingdom reflects his deep faith and love for Christ, making him an inspiration to many.
