Pastor Collins Isioma Omorogie
As the saying goes, “The taste of the pudding is in the eating,” so it is with Pastor Collins Isioma Omorogie, a man whose life radiates the love and power of God. Born to Mr. and Mrs. Omorogie Aghaulor of Iru Community in Orhionmwon Local Government Area, Edo State, Pastor Collins has touched many lives through his unwavering commitment to the Gospel.
Growing up in Agbor, Delta State, he attended Okundaye Primary School and Gbenoba Grammar School, laying the foundation for his journey of excellence. He later pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering at the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, graduating in 1996. Driven by a thirst for knowledge and spiritual growth, he also attended several Bible colleges, including West Africa Theological Seminary, where he is working toward a Master of Divinity degree.
Pastor Collins’ journey of faith began in 1982 when he became a born-again Christian. His love for God and passion for service were evident early on, as he held various leadership positions that transformed lives and communities. From 1988 to 1989, he spearheaded a revival in Iru Town through his work with the Scripture Union. In 1990, he pioneered the planting of Open-Door Baptist Church at Iru Town via Abudu, Edo State, and served as its leader for ten months.
During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year, Pastor Collins served as the President of the Nigeria Christian Corpers Fellowship (NCCF) in Borno State (1996/1997), leaving an indelible mark on many young lives. He continued his ministry as the Youth President and later Youth Pastor at The New Covenant Baptist Church, Agege, Lagos. His leadership was not confined to the church but extended to the larger Christian community. As a committed member of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Ikeja Chapter, he held roles such as Assistant Secretary, Secretary, Vice Chairman (2008-2015), and Province Financial Secretary (2015-2019). Since 2016, he has also served as the German Kirchentag Conference Team Leader.
Today, Pastor Collins Isioma Omorogie serves as the Lead Pastor of City of Love Christian Worship Centre, where he continues to fulfill his divine mandate. Under his leadership, the church is growing both physically and spiritually, becoming a place where lives are transformed, faith is deepened, and love is the heartbeat of the community. His vision for the church has inspired many individuals to embrace God’s purpose for their lives.

Beyond his public ministry, Pastor Collins is a devoted husband and father. He is married to his beloved wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Omolayo Emily Omorogie, and their union is blessed with wonderful children. Together, they exemplify a Christ-centered family, offering hope and encouragement to those around them.
